The City of Greensboro and the National Park Service will host a reenactment of the Revolutionary War Battle of Guilford Courthouse – and other living history programs – on Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, at Country Park, and the Guilford Courthouse National Military Park.

The battle will be reenacted at 2 pm daily on land where the battle took place in 1781 in Country Park. The reenactment starts promptly and visitors are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early to walk or take golf cart shuttles to the battlefield from the parking area.

Country Park will host reenactors who will set up military encampments, depicting the lives of the 18th century Revolutionary War soldiers. Vendors will also be on hand 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday and 10 am to 3 pm, Sunday with colonial merchandise, goods, and food for sale. There will be food and drinks for purchase at the battlefield. Outdoor events are subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather.
Due to the noise of the cannons and musket fire, dogs are not permitted on the battlefield.
