Nature Immersion Forest Bathing: Nature Through Mindful Engagement 

Laura Coffee, certified Forest Therapy Guide, invites you to step into the serene world of Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese practice of "forest bathing," where you engage your senses to forge a deeper connection with nature. 

Join Laura on one of the monthly sessions below:  
Sunday, March 22, TBD

Saturday, April 18, 2-4 pm: Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, 2332 New Garden Rd. Meet at the Nathanael Greene Statue. 

Saturday, May 23, 10 am to 12 noon Bill Craft Trail. Meet at trailhead near 646 Simpson Calhoun Rd behind Northern Middle School.  

Additional information: Registration not required. Completion of Active Adults health form is required on day of session. 

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring water, hiking poles, sunscreen, and bug spray, if needed. Portable stools and mats are available for use, or bring your own. Sessions will be held rain or shine. Call the weather line at 336-373-7940 beginning at 8 am.
