The City is hosting an open house on Tuesday, February 24, 4:30-6:30 pm at Guilford Park Presbyterian Church, 2100 Fernwood Dr., to provide an update on the A&Y Greenway Extension project and share the project schedule. The greenway will provide a 12-foot-wide-path from Hill Street to Rollins Road. In addition, various sidewalk connections to the greenway will be constructed, as well as the redesign of the Battleground Avenue/Benjamin Parkway/West Smith Street intersection.
