    <li>Order by Monday, November 7, and take 5 percent&nbsp;off your greenery order. </li>
    <li>Order 10 or more greenery items by November 7 and take an additional 15 percent&nbsp;off your greenery order. </li>
    <li>Orders totaling $300 or more are eligible for free delivery to a Greensboro address on November 30. </li>
