Session 1 – May 14: Basics of Food Waste, will be held at the Kathleen Clay Edwards Family Branch, 1420 Price Park Dr.
Session 2 – May 21: Buying in Bulk, will be held at Deep Roots Market, 600 N. Eugene St.
Session 3 – May 28: Composting Your Food Waste, will be held at the Compost Demonstration site at Keeley Park, 4110 Keeley Rd.
The first 20 participants who register and attend all sessions, receive a copy of the book, Perfectly Good Food. To register, e-mail melanie.buckingham@greensboro-nc.gov
