DESCRIPTION:<p>We are pleased to announce a four-part speaker series designed to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Downtown Greenway.</p><p>The third session will be held on <strong>Tuesday, September 15 from 8:30-10 am at TransformGSO by Thrive</strong> (111 Bain Street), featuring  <strong>Brian Leary, Executive Vice President &amp; COO of Highwoods Properties</strong>, and former Executive Director &amp; CEO of the Atlanta Beltline. Brian will share insights about trail-oriented development and the benefits to both developers and the community.</p><div>All are welcome, and be sure to check out more of the Downtown Greenway's Speaker Series, happening throughout 2026.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Other sessions include:</div><ul>    <li>March 26 - Women of the Downtown Greenway Panel - 5:30-7 pm at the Yvonne J. Johnson Event Center at Barber Park</li>    <li>May 7 - East Coast Greenway - 5:30-7 pm at Greensboro History Museum</li>    <li>October 22 - Public Art - 5:30-7 pm at Weatherspoon Art Museum</li></ul>
