DESCRIPTION:<p>This is a catch and release fishing program designed for people of all ages will happen April 17, May 1, and May 15. We will provide the bait and the poles and chairs if necessary and all you have to do is bring your patience! We will set up around the Education Pond at Lake Higgins which is located immediately to the left of the Marina office. </p><p><a href="https://ncgreen.myvscloud.com/wbwsc/ncgreenwt.wsc/search.html?module=ar&amp;primarycode=HGNFFE" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Registration</a> is required for this program and will open soon.
